Nykki splits her week between her two roles. As Events Administrator Nykki is responsible for all bookings at the Town Hall from meetings to weddings. She can often be found assisting at the various events FTC help organise across the town.

As Customer Service Advisor at the Town Hall Nykki assists with queries from both residents and visitors, she is often the friendly voice on the end of the telephone.
